I had the whole morning to get things situated before I had to be at the airport and I was very glad to have that time. Needed to get my dogs to the boarding place and get my cats situated for my friend to take care of them during my trip. I am very lucky to have some amazing friends that are always willing to take care of my house and my pets while I am gone!

If you like to travel I highly suggest looking into the TSA precheck thing because going through security at US airports is the worst. The precheck makes it so you don't have to take off your shoes or even take the electronics out of your bag. Changes the entire security experience! It was an easy thing to set up: set it up online and set up an appointment at a location to get fingerprinted and another picture taken. Then you get your Known Traveller Number so at the airport your boarding pass gets the precheck thing on it and you can go through that security instead of the super long line. Game changer for travelling in the US for sure!

As I am writing this i have about 2 hours until my plane starts boarding so i have ample time to get dinner and chill, a godsend for my anxiety for sure!
